The Assembly Environment and Solid Waste Committee favorably reports with committee amendments Assembly Resolution No. 209. This statement was first introduced on November 25, 2002, and was sponsored by Assemblyman Robert J. Smith District 4 (Camden and Gloucester), Assemblyman Jeff Van Drew District 1 (Cape May, Atlantic and Cumberland), and Co-Sponsored by Assemblyman Eagler. |
